Why You Fail To Establish Workout Routine

Its because you are not committed. We live in a world where it's so easy to get confused with all the information.

The fitness industry made it difficult for you to decide what do you want. We hear: Love Yourself the way you are, embrace your belly rolls, be natural. There is no shame if your thighs close together, your arms do not have definition and your belly is soft.

On the other side, we have tons of people flooding your social media with toned bodies, absurd strengths, and abs of Gods. So, what is it?

I am writing this because most days I am overwhelmed with choices. Imagine yourself as a consumer. It's not easy. You do want to love yourself; life is too short. Although, when jeans are tight, you feel guilty. You started to work out the next morning.

The same day you ate a bag of chips and drank a bottle of wine, so now you are going to take it easy because belly rolls are great. Listen, its only natural to go back and worth, but at the end of the day, you need to find your way.

I hear a lot from my girlfriends that they want to work out. We start to work out together but then they ghost me. I am not upset. I am genially interested why did they stop?

The list of why I no longer want to work out right now:

1. I just feel so tired, I need my sleep.

2. I am so sore; I need to give it a couple of weeks to rest

3. I do not think I will ever lose weight

4. My kids are being sick, I have not gotten a chance to even think about it

5. I will get a fitness watch and then I'll go back to work out, so I can be more accurate with my heart rate.

6. I am so hangover from yesterday I will take a break this month.

The truth is all these lovely people have not thought it through WHY THEY WANT TO WORKOUT? They are just winging and finding the first excuse that they feel comfortable to tell me. They are not being honest with me but they also not being honest with themselves.

Here is a problem:

Every fitness goal like any other goal requires a deadline to make it official.

Every fitness goal is a journey of trials and errors that works for you and your health.

The only way you stick to a workout routine if you accept that results are not immediate. You will feel sore, you will feel sick, you will have no time some days. Just make sure you get back at it.

My goal is to be healthy, feel good in my body, look good in my clothes. Do you have a fitness goal?

Start with WHY you are going to embrace the workouts. Start with 2-3 workouts a week 30 minutes each.

You comfortable with it add more.

Always at your own pace.

Set lower expectations- the goal is to finish.

Be mindful✌
