Mornings are made for you. Mornings are magical. Your mind is the still quiet. Your body is relaxed.
I was never a morning person before. I used to get up and the rest is blank. Sounds familiar?
After reading several books on importance to establish morning routine I was on a mission to change. (See books recommendations bellow ) I made some crucial changes in my approach and I am excited to share them with you.
How to establish a morning routine that benefits you greatly:
1️. Make it a priority. If it’s not a must for you , you will fail. Priorities, priorities. Its kinda like brushing your teeth every day. Its a must. Am i right? Establishing the morning routine will be successful only if its a must for you.
2. Allow yourself to get inspired. Set some clear goals. What do you want to include in your morning before the hustle and bustle of the day takes over. Here is a list of great morning starters that will WOW your life:
Exercising
Writing in your journal
Reading up on personal development and professional growth
Meditating
3️. Be patient with yourself. Creating new habit, takes time and practice. So let go of stress if you do not immediately wake up at 5.30 am. Celebrate small wins. Be proud of yourself each time you made that morning workout. In the end of the day, you are doing the most important thing in the world: You are allowing yourself to grow.
